Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Review and provide support for accounting functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Issue payment vouchers and prepare invoice cheques.
- Verify calculations and accurately input codes into the accounting system.
- Accurately post journal vouchers, payments, and receipts data into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including bank reconciliations and document controls.
- Communicate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, government agencies, creditors, and other related parties.
- Comply with financial policies, procedures, and relevant internal control policies.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least an accounting or partial professional diploma (LCCI or equivalent).
- Preferably with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks on time without compromising quality.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, team player, able to work in a challenging environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
