Job Information

Job Description

• Key in supplier documents in SQL
• Prepare invoice and DO for customer
• Follow-up outstanding payments from customer
• Prepare outgoing PO
• Managing schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining sales records and documentation
• Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and adhere to data protection policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties or ad-hoc task as required and assigned by immediate superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month
