Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Clerk for our office located in Intania, Klang. The salary offered is RM 2,00 per month, with a schedule of 5 working days only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project billing in the system.
• Generate and deliver invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Prepare customer statements of accounts.
• Liaise with customers to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure timely collections.
• Maintain proper filing for invoices.
• Assist in month-end closing.

Requirements:

• Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
