Job Description

Location: Klang Utama

Salary: RM 200-300

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project billing in the system.
• Generate and deliver invoices, credit notes, or debit notes to customers.
• Prepare statements of accounts for customers.
• Liaise and resolve irregularities or inquiries from customers.
• Ensure timely collection by regularly approaching customers.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices and billing sheets.
• Assist in month-end closing of accounts.

Requirements:

• Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
