Job Description
Full-time on-site Accounts Assistant at BAIDA INTERNATIONAL TRADE SDN BHD. Salary RM3,200–RM4,00/month. Mandarin required. Duties: manage accounts receivable and aging reports; follow up payments and credit limits; verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, maintain supplier statements; assist inventory recording and stock costing; record daily cash/bank transactions, monthly reconciliations, cheques, online payments and petty cash; maintain audit-ready filing, update accounting system; assist month-end closing, prepare accruals, support Accounts Executive; handle internal queries and ad-hoc tasks.
