Responsibilities
- Input and maintain daily accounting data and records.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, accounts receivable transactions, payments, and corresponding adjustments.
- Assist in month-end closing by performing accounts receivable reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and providing income and accounts receivable reports.
- Ensure documents are well organized, filed, and current.
- Perform any other duties/tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- At least a diploma in accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining motivation and positivity.
- Good work attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
