- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and general ledger.
- Manage all cash needs for all of the companies, coordinating banking transfers.
- Implement better procedures and help the department to become cross trained in daily duties.
- Prepare and compile data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidate statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for business.
- Able to maintain, review and verifies the accuracy of account reconciliations, journal entries and accounting classification.
- Able to advise on financial documents and projections.
- Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and corporate accounting standards/policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank, insurance and other statutory authorities on internal and external audit matters and tax/GST tax requirement compliance.
- Possess knowledge & experience in preparing financial budgets forecast and cash flow management.
- Must be able to create and design a system for efficient logging of receipts.
- Manage payroll and approve payments from company accounts.
- Manage stock count report.
- Undertake any ad-hoc task/project of the Company assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field. Fresh graduates with relevant accounting internship experience are welcomed to apply.
- Computer literacy knowledge (Ms Excel, MS Word, SQL & AutoCount system).
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good working attitude, team player, and willingness to learn/work hard.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
