Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up invoice / CN / DN & monthly SOA from suppliers.
- Verify & matching supplier invoice.
- Purchases invoice transaction to accounting system.
- Follow up company & hostel utilities bills.
- Follow up for renewal of company insurance policies, permits, quit rent, and tax assessment.
- Assist on renewal of company vehicle insurance policies, road tax & lorry inspection.
- Timely check company vehicle summons, and report to the person in charge.
- Application & transaction for SST – C1, C3 & STD.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Advance Diploma/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
