Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various financial and administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our accounting department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
• Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Performing regular bank reconciliations and assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
• Managing petty cash and preparing expense reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Communicating with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is also required.
