Job Description
- Prepare monthly payments, Payment vouchers etc.
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Liaison with bankers, suppliers, service providers etc.
- Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
- Preparation of the yearly audit schedule to external auditors.
- To update the Account Receivable, Account Payable and other subsidiary ledgers.
- To monitor the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for companies, and to highlight to management on foreseeable cash flow requirements.
- Monthly trade debtors and creditors reconciliations.
- Any ad hoc assignment by the Company from time to time.
