Job Description
- Preferably to have working experience in Construction industry for at least 1-2 years
- At least to possess LCCI accounting (knowledge of full sets of account)
- Computer literate (MS Office, CAD, Project)
- Prepare payments to all sub contractors, general workers, suppliers and other payments by batches accordingly.
- Ensure payments are properly supported and approved by directors according to company’s policy and procedures.
- Update accounting system (MySql) and raise necessary ledger, journal adjustments as instructed.
- Assist in producing accurate, timely and up-to-date management report every month for previous month accounts.
- Ensure up to date and proper recording of daily bank balance in ledger for boss preview.
- Ensure all documents and accounting reports are properly filed up and on a timely basis.
- Maintain proper filing for all confidential documents and development expenditures.
- Ensure all payments on behalf are billed to the respective companies promptly.
- Assist in compiling suppliers ledger. Update supplier payment list for director’s preview every month.
- Assist auditors in providing related auditing documents at every financial period.
- Assist your superior in any other assignment as and when required.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- Any other project administrative work as and when assigned from time to time.
