Job Description

Summary: This position is responsible for company accounting and administrative matters at Universal Logistic Sdn Bhd.

Responsibility:

  • Monitor all job orders and ensure prompt billings to customers.
  • Ensure service providers provide invoices after work completion and check if quotations and invoice billing are correct.
  • Ensure accurate billing per job and bill accordingly for any additional services requested by customers.
  • Key in all service provider billings into the accounting system for timely payments.
  • Maintain good records for accounts receivables and accounts payables for collections and payments.
  • Prepare timely payments on shipping invoices and keep quotations for customers up to date.
  • Generate monthly statements of accounts to customers and follow up on collections.
  • Ensure proper filing of all accounts related documents for audit purposes and legal requirements.
  • Attend to all email correspondence and maintain records of communications.
  • Keep records of purchase orders and obtain necessary approval before making purchases.
  • Maintain company assets record and assist in their maintenance.
  • Manage office stationery stock and ensure sufficient supply for office use.
  • Assist the Accounts & Admin Manager in all matters related to accounting and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or any Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Accounting.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in handling accounts payable/receivables and related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
