Job Description:

Assist accounts department with data entry, management, and record keeping.
Ensure daily account functions and deadlines are met.
Organize and archive records and documents.
Handle clerical tasks including typing and filing.
Able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
Greet clients and visitors professionally.

Job Requirements:

SPM Certificate or equivalent.
Proficient in English, Chinese, and BM.
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
