Job Description
- Ensure that all requests are approved, reviewed, and updated into the system according to the agreed timeline.
- Execute and ensure timely completion of all activities of the Stock Valuation & Margin Segmentation Team, including running stock valuation programs at month-end (e.g., FIFO, NRV, CCS, COGS, GINI, and GRANI).
- Complete SOAR balance sheet reconciliations and update status monthly in MOE.
- Capture manual journal entries in GSAP P31.
- Ensure compliance with all global standards and streamline policies (e.g., IFRS standards).
- Identify and understand key components/movements in Inventories GL (e.g., fixed price/formula price).
- Validate if discrepancies exist, ensure they are being investigated and resolved on a timely basis.
- Provide information to direct stakeholders timely, accurately, and professionally.
- Identify and assist in developing solutions for issues identified in operating units within the scope of the role.
- Understand the process underlying business implications and its impact on process steps.
