Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Executive (Payable and Payment Control). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.
Your main duties will include verifying invoices, reconciling purchase orders, and processing payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end closing activities, and addressing any payment-related inquiries or discrepancies.
To be successful in this position, you should have solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for managing multiple payment cycles and deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are also required.
