Job Description
Company Name: Schenker Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd
Location: Lot No 1 & 3, Persiaran Pasak Bumi, Bukit Jelutong Industrial Park, Seksyen U8, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Working Hour: 9am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract: 1 year
Qualification:
- SPM
- 2 years working experience
Salary:
Basic: RM2,00 – RM2,500
- Transport Allowance – RM100
- Parking Allowance – RM80
Purpose and Main Tasks:
- Generate outgoing vouchers
- Distribute vouchers to customers and Schenker network partners
- Handle related internal communication with DB Schenker stakeholders
Accountable:
- Issue and dispatch NCF (Network Contribution Fee) voucher to Network Partner in TMS (TANGO)
- Ensure on-time invoicing within corporate guidelines
- Cross-check all cost accruals in TMS (TANGO) and ensure all applicable charges are invoiced
- Create invoicing package / pouch and dispatch to Customers
- Ensure that all accrued costs have corresponding revenues in TMS (TANGO)
- Ensure each file Profit + Loss statement shows a profit and escalate “Loss” file information to Customer Management Team – as applicable
- Escalate invoicing discrepancies to Customer Management function
Responsible:
- Act in a manner which increases Customer satisfaction and loyalty, maximizes shipment profitability and decreases operating expenses
- Promote a paperless, digital office environment utilizing all modern communication methods and electronic tools provided by DB Schenker
- Support a positive, attractive working atmosphere and office environment
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
