Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant – P2P (Procure-to-Pay), you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, and maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Performing regular reconciliations of vendor statements.
- Communicating and resolving any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
