A MNC with worldwide presence and a leader of the industry, K Flex Malaysia Sdn Bhd, is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Accountant to be based at the manufacturing plant in Selangor.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong knowledge and practical experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
• Highly meticulous with creative and analytical thinking skills.
• Good team player, self-disciplined, and has strong communication skills.
• Well-versed in spreadsheet skills and has exposure to ERP computer systems.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with all forms of financial reporting and possess strong management accounting skills in collecting, analyzing, and presenting the right financial information to the Management for decision-making.
• Design and recommend internal control procedures for enhancing business efficiency.
• Well-versed in budgeting and reporting techniques, cost & financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Capable and hardworking candidates will be groomed to head the finance department within two to three years.
• Reports directly to the CFO.
