Job Description

Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department.

Maintain and handle accounts receivable & daily closing of accounts.

Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.

Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial and company documents.

To perform any other ad-hoc related jobs from time to time as assigned by the superior.

Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
