They are also equipped with a Shared Service Center in Malaysia, making Malaysia the central hub for the APAC region. Be part of an established Finance team to provide excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Providing transactional processing support to deliver Account Receivable services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Ensuring assigned operational activities are delivered in a timely manner
- Responsible for monitoring the full Account Receivable cycle, ranging from cash allocation, invoicing, closings and ensuring quality services to customers
- Be part of a process migration initiative within the AR function to migrate process and data from the assigned region
- Assisting with internal and external audit requests
- Partnering with other business units to ensure all processes are carried out effectively
- Engaging with stakeholders as an initiative to tackle any issues
- Performing month-end tasks and producing month-end reports
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable or any other accounting function, preferably from a Shared Services
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and absorb new knowledge
