Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Account Receivable Analyst at Brighten Business Consulting Sdn Bhd. As an Account Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the company’s accounts receivable processes and related financial activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing regular analysis of accounts receivable balances and aging reports
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues in customer accounts
- Monitoring customer payment behavior and initiating collection actions when necessary
- Preparing reports on accounts receivable performance and presenting findings to management
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of receivables
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
