Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record all accounts receivable and collection transactions to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly accounts receivable closing.
- Prepare debtors aging and reconcile receipts against invoices/aging.
- Follow up on payments due, solve basic disputes and provide clarifications to debtors to ensure timely collections.
- Updates cash flow on a weekly basis and forecast collection.
- Maintain Account Receivables records and filing including reconciliation, issues SOA, issue reminder and provision for doubtful debts.
- Liaise with auditor and customers.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Account Receivables.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical ability.
- Can start work immediately is an advantage.

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
