As an Account Payables – Internal Controls Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the company’s accounts payable transactions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity by implementing and monitoring internal controls related to accounts payable.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this position. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
