Job Description
- Liaise with project coordinator and procurement team to compile all AP invoices
- To verify details on AP invoices to match to Purchase Orders and ensure it is supported with Goods Received Note (3 way match of documents)
- To ensure that all Purchase Orders received have been keyed parallel into Buildsmart
- Key in AP invoices into accounting system
- Follow up on advance payments to ensure that documents are timely received
- Update payment listing to ensure payments are processed timely
- To perform any other task as required
