Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Payable Associate to join our team. As an Account Payable Associate, your primary responsibility will be to accurately process and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
