Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Posting GL in UBS system for day to day disbursements.
- Posting Journal Voucher (JV) and Payment Voucher (PV) in UBS system for day to day transactions.
- Update bank reconciliations on a month to month basis.
- Prepare documents for external parties such as SKM, external auditor, financial institutions, and internal parties such as internal auditor.
- Ensure a proper filing system for the account department.
- Handling daily cash book transactions.
- Provide reports as required by the auditor.
- To assist in capital expenditure and updating the Fixed Asset Register.
- To do other general accounting duties as assigned by the superior.
