- Opportunity to support our finance team with accounting tasks.
- Prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
- Responsible for administrative support, including data entry and document monitoring.
- Perform daily general and administrative duties.
- Willingness to learn and perform full set of accounts.
- Assist in executing tasks for the company.
- Ensure proper documentation and administration by maintaining a filing system.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in accounting/banking/finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Words. Knowledge of accounting software like SQL, MYOB, and AutoCount is an advantage.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu to interact with associates.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
