Job Description
Full Job Description:
- Verify & Update daily sales collection.
- Daily filing for finance department’s documents.
- Review, verify and update Suppliers statement of account & Aging for monthly payment purpose.
- Arrange and prepare all invoices for monthly payment.
- Prepare monthly Creditors & Debtors Aging list (account payable & receivable).
- Filing for supplier invoice.
- Maintain Vendor File.
- Inventory:
- Assist in quarterly physical stock count.
- Compile and consolidate detail stock count report before and after count.
