Job Description
Overall Job Purpose
Manage various sections of accounting, taxation & finance operation involving GL/AR/AP/Inventory/fixed assets/group taxation/finance & dealers’ system & operation support & to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure & facilitate in the following focus areas, in order to be aligned with both the divisional & corporate objectives:
- Timely management & financial reporting with high degree of accuracy & integrity
- Compliance assurance & good corporate governance as part of continuous enterprise risk management, not limiting to such areas as tax & regulation as well as internal control compliance
- Financial operation efficiency & business stewardship to achieve long term competitiveness & sustainability
Principal Accountabilities:
- Financial & Treasury Operations for company
- Management & Statutory Financial Reporting
- Financial System & Operational Support for both B2D and Existing Dealers
- Advisory & Support for Operating Divisions
- Management Support & Adhoc Assignments
- Tax Advisory & Tax Incentives Management
- Corporate Tax & Indirect Taxes, Compliance & Administration
- People Development
Qualification:
- A recognized degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, etc.
Skills Requirements:
- SAP accounting system
- Good Microsoft Office proficiency – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Good grasp of technical accounting and taxation knowledge • Working knowledge of treasury
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good stakeholder’s management skills
Experience:
- At least 10 years of working experience, of which 4 years are in a managerial position, with exposure to manufacturing environment and public-listed company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM6,500.00 – RM9,00.00 per month
