Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account / Finance Assistant with a background in the medical industry. As an Account / Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial and accounting tasks within our medical organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial records, including invoices, bills, and financial statements.
- Review and verify accuracy of financial documents and transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Track and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support financial audits and tax reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the medical industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
