Job Information

Job Description

· Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and Preparation of Full Set of Accounts and GST/ SST Submission; (Eg: AP, AR, GL)

· Responsible for timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts including overview the cash flow and banking related matters;

· Assist in the preparation of audit, taxation and other reports and ensure the accurate accounting information for management review and decision; (Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Company secretaries and other Financial Institutions)

· Liaison with various departments to ensure efficient workflow;

· Maintain proper filing system and familiar with various accounting system;

· Assist in any ad hoc tasks / duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time;

· To ensure all financial transactions are up to date and recorded;
