Job Description
1. To assist finance executive/manager in handling daily and overall Finance and Accounting functions of a business unit which includes basic bookkeeping, General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
2. To help in updating records and download.
3. To undertake general purchasing and AP administrative job.
4. To assist in reconcile AP.
5. To assist in filling all related documentations.
6. Accomplish operation and organization missions by completing related task assigned by the Management.
7. Segregation of documents from outlets each week.
