Job Description
- Process Payments & AP related duties in accordance with the cyclical calendar for processing supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and etc.
- Action payment hold, standing instruction, cashier order requests from business units.
- Prepare payment batches in Oracle Financials.
- Validate payment batches.
- Reconcile Payments.
- Identify direct debit payments made and register in Oracle financials (for some opcos).
- Reconcile bank payments made with Oracle payment batches created.
- Manage generic Accounts Payable’s mailboxes.
- Resolve queries (internal) in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote account payable best practices to improve process efficiency.
- Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
