Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Handle preparation of finance & management reports, costing reports, fixed assets register, bank/accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts & submission of financial information to meet the reporting requirements.
- Monitor banking facilities.
- Work closely on daily finance operation activities.
- Prepare audit & tax schedules.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer, etc.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment.
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
- Perform any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
