Job Description
Company and Job Overview
An established and fast-growing MNC manufacturer is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to handle the full spectrum of accounting functions for the manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Monitor cash flow and expenses
- Handle SST/GST, tax submissions, and statutory reporting
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.)
- Familiar with SST and basic tax matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
