Job Description
Processing of invoices for payment to creditors, including checking invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving problems.
To ensure all account payable records are properly maintained and reconciled.
To update bank records.
To verify/check payment against trade supplier and non-trade suppliers.
Follow up with creditors outstanding.
Manage proper documentation & good filing for record keeping in files & server. quick book
Liaise with Thai and Japanese accounting teams.
General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments as and when required.
