Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Finance Accounting Manager.
- Check and process expense claims.
- Verify and perform vendor payments.
- Perform data entry and record transactions.
- Handle filing and documentation tasks.
- Ensure operational compliance and assist with office management.
- Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
- Assist in balance sheet reconciliation and payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Contract Logistics and Transportation preferred.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
