Job Description
Ensure all admin posting and sharing cost are up to date.
Reply e-mail and attend to requests from Operation/HR and vendors.
Prepare monthly journal voucher.
Prepare monthly Adm Vendor Reconciliation.
Prepare all admin payments.
Prepare audit schedules.
Assist in cost capture.
Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
Prepare Staff claim payment.
Issue Interco billing to Inter-co.
Assist in ad-hoc assignment.
