Job Description

• To handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Perform credit control activities including monitoring receivable aging, contacting customers for payment commitments, issuing statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents.
• Ensure timely collections of receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes with customers.
• Update payment received from customers and issue invoices with proper documentation.
• Accurately record and process Accounts Payable transactions.
• Verify invoices, match with purchase orders, ensure proper documentation, and process payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and bank statements regularly.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders, investigate discrepancies, maintain financial data, and ensure tax compliance.
