Job Description
An Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients to drive sales and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and understand clients’ needs and requirements
- Create and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
