Job Description

Possess basic accounting knowledge.

Assist day to day administration / operational task.

Ad-hoc administrative tasks as when require.

Data entry (if any).

Prepare POs, DOs, Quotations & Invoices.

Prepare payments for Subcontractors & Suppliers.

Keep track of project accounts & submission of claims.

Maintain, sorting, filing of archives and other documents.
