Job Description
1. Assisting superior with data entry, research, filing, recording and maintaining accurate data.
2. Key in supplier invoice and cross-check the payment information.
3. To support general office administrative duties.
4. Sourcing for supplier and vendor when there are any project inquiries.
- Liaising with supplier or vendor.
- Requesting for quotations and invoices.
5. Assist with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
