Job Description

Perform daily operations of accounting records and filing – identify and key in daily business transactions accordingly.

Handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payables & Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transaction are updated timely and accurately.

Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of management accounts.

Processing payments, monitoring operation and control of bank accounts.

Prepare monthly profit and loss reports and other ad-hoc reports when required.

Perform banking errands to issue bank drafts/cheques and perform bank transfers.

Prepare monthly payroll, submission of EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN with documents that comply with the statutory requirements.

Liaise with auditor, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, and authorities on all finance-related matters.

Support general office matters such as managing office refreshment supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Perform ad-hoc tasks required by management.
