Job Description

Support boutique operations by managing accounts, payroll, order tracking and admin tasks. Maintain sales/purchase records, process invoices/payments, assist monthly reconciliations, prepare payroll, manage inventory and deliveries, schedule appointments and handle communications. Requirements: Diploma in Accounting/Business, minimum 2 years’ related experience (retail a plus), familiar with accounting software and MS Office, basic bookkeeping, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, highly organized. Full-time on-site. Salary RM1,800–RM3,00/month plus staff discount, EPF/SOCSO and annual leave.
