Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As an Account Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to assist in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Support the Account Manager in executing client projects and campaigns
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests
- Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Prior experience in account management or customer service is a plus
