Job Description
Nikgil Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd is a service provider company which provides maintenance services on beverage equipment to fast food customers.
Office Location: No 12, Jalan Industri Bukit Badong 3, Taman Industri Bukit Badong, 45620 Ijok Selangor.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our team. The main responsibilities for this position include:
- Handling phone calls
- Replying to mails
- Daily checking & updating petty cash
- Issuing invoice, quotation, official receipt and statement of account
- Issuing supplier invoice and payment voucher
- Preparing yearly audit documentation
- All files must be documented and properly filed
Requirements:
- Punctual, friendly, teamwork, fast learner, multi-tasker
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Well-spoken and written in English & Malay (Tamil & Mandarin are additional)
- Immediate hiring – Permanent position
