Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our accounting department with various tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Preparing and processing invoices and expense reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Conducting reconciliations of accounts
- Assisting with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
