Job Description
Tasks
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling accounts receivables/accounts payable duties.
- Manage daily accounts operations and data entry.
- Prepare payment voucher, issue official receipt and statement of accounts.
- Fixed assets monitoring.
- Filing of documents and computerize documents management.
- Follow established procedures and assist in all accounting related matters.
Qualifications
- Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year related working experience in related account section.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Computer literate with MS Office application.
- This position is a 6-12 months contract.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
