Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against budgetary targets, and providing variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly payment schedule.
• Process invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and dispute handling.
• Prepare and review petty cash, expense claims, travel claims, etc., and prepare monthly and weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Liaise with the operation team and other parties to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting-related functions and ad hoc duties as assigned by a superior.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent/professional qualification in accounting.
• Language Skill: Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and experience using accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Team player and a meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and able to lead the team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
