Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our team at Shipping Sdn Bhd.

Salary Range: RM2,300 – RM3,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices.
• Handle daily accounting functions.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Communicate with customers regarding payments.
• Process payments and invoices timely.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 1 year experience in relevant role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Languages: English and Mandarin.
